How often should I have my windows and gutters cleaned?
For most Calgary homes, we recommend windows twice a year: Spring & Fall. Gutters at least once a year, ideally in late fall after the leaves have dropped. That said, if you have mature trees close to your home or you're particular about curb appeal, twice a year for gutters isn't overkill. We're happy to help you figure out what makes sense for your property.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Not at all. As long as we can access the areas being cleaned, you're welcome to carry on with your day. Most clients aren't home and it works completely fine. We'll send you a message when we're done, and you can inspect everything at your convenience.
Is PureHaven insured?
Yes, fully. We carry general liability insurance on every job, so your property is protected and you can book with complete peace of mind. We'd never show up to work on someone's home without it.
When should I book my Christmas lights?
Earlier than you think. October slots fill up fast. Most of our holiday bookings are locked in before November. If you want your lights up shortly after Halloween or in early November, reaching out in September is the move. We handle installation, takedown, and everything in between.
